The Seiko Prospex SPB213J1 is a heritage-inspired dive watch created as part of Seiko’s 140th Anniversary Limited Edition collection. It’s based on the classic modern reinterpretation of the first Seiko dive watch (62MAS), featuring a crisp white dial paired with a blue unidirectional bezel and vintage-influenced case design. This limited edition is numbered and marked on the case back as part of the celebration of Seiko’s milestone.
Powered by the robust Seiko Caliber 6R35 automatic movement, the watch delivers approximately 70 hours of power reserve, manual winding capability, and hacking seconds. The movement keeps reliable time with a precision range of +25 to -15 seconds per day.
The watch features a 40.5mm stainless steel case with curved sapphire crystal and inner anti-reflective coating, providing excellent clarity and durability. With 200m / 20 bar water resistance and a screw-down crown, the SPB213J1 is ready for serious diving use. LumiBrite applied to the hands, indices, and bezel ensures strong legibility in low light conditions.
A comfortable stainless steel bracelet with a secure three-fold clasp with push-button release completes the design. The combination of vintage aesthetic, modern build, and limited production makes this model a standout diver.
